Which classes can I enter?

Depending on how long you have been riding... If you haven't been riding very long, and only want to walk/trot at the show, do novice. If you can canter well do youth. Don't go in open unless you have mastered your riding skills because that is where all the older, experienced people are. Hope I helped, and good luck at the show!
