Does laser-based skin therapy work?

This is really too new to know if there are any lasting effects..Actually the ONLY way to get that firm jawline is to get a face lift..Not the quick face lift either..If she is willing to put the money into her search for a younger look..Tell her to check into a face lift..It won't work on wrinkles but it will get rid of the sagging neck and restore her jawline..Sagging skin must be removed!!!.It can't be zapped back into shape!!!
