How can i get a fat belly fast???!?

Hi, I'm 12 years old, 5'5 and I weight 196lbs. I want a fat belly and FAST! I want a really fat belly that gets in my way and makes me waddle when I walk. I AM NOT KIDDING!!! so please any tips or advice please xxxx
