Just found a baby bird and don't know what to do....?

You shouldve left it but now that you already touched it the mother will ignore it. It could be sick and the mom threw it out, try vet care or the nearest ranger station/park and ask. Birds can have serious disesous so use gloves and wash your hands and don't touch your face. Try keeping it warm and hydrated until you get it to the vet or specialist
