I have a painful bump on the inside of my vagina. HELP! ?

i have this medium sized bump on the inside of my vagina lip. it hurts to walk, sit, move, and pee. i try and try again to wipe it with a wet wipe or wipe it just after cleaning, but its a unbearable pain. its getting to the point where even bending down hurts. i have to waddle like a duck. please help!!!!!
